We provide service for funeral homes, churches, chapels, organizations and families who want to film or live stream a service being held in the Orlando area. We respect all denominations and their traditions.
Our filming package includes:
Phone consultation and event setup
A professional videographer with a 4K/HD video camera and tripod​​
Two wireless microphones
Filming of the service (chapel, graveside, or both)
High Definition Video copy of the service
No holiday, weekend or evening surcharges

Our live stream package adds:
Live stream of the service (chapel, graveside, or both)
Private Vimeo page for viewers to watch the service (no downloads, apps or plugins needed)
Unlimited viewers during the live stream
On-demand playback of the service for six months

Add remote presenters to the live stream
Add cameras and microphones
Stream to Facebook, YouTube, Zoom or other websites

A single call books everything needed for your service
We make the process easy with a single phone call to book the crew for your event. When you call, we will need to know:
Date and time
Expected duration of the service
Location of the service
Any location or venue changes
Family name or service name
Service needed (filming, live streaming or custom)

We will discuss event setup, venue access, speakers/presenters, and any information related to the service that could affect the filming or live stream of the event.​
It is important to know if a location change is required during the service.
Use of copyrighted music can affect YouTube and Facebook live stream service (but not Vimeo or Zoom)
Live stream service depends on sufficient cell phone data bandwidth at the venue if high speed internet is not available.

If a location change is required (chapel to graveside), include that time in length of service.
We arrive one hour prior to start of service for setup (non-billable time).
No charge for vehicle mileage if distance is less than 15 miles. Over 15, add $1.00 per mile.​
