A career list of clients, celebrities and lessons

Updated: Nov 6

Recently, I came across an old client list from my days working extensively with television networks when I lived in Atlanta, GA. The list included interviews with celebrities, politicians, world leaders, athletes, musicians, scientists, activists, and numerous business leaders.

Initially, collaborating with high-profile figures was exhilarating. As time went by, it became a routine aspect of the job that I always found gratifying and held in high regard. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to work with these individuals, even if my role was simply that of a cameraman or producer.

Do I have stories to tell? Certainly. Will I disclose them? No. Clients engage my services, partly because they trust me to treat them and their associates with respect and professionalism.

During my tenure as a cameraman and producer in Atlanta from 1999 to 2013, the list provided showcases some of the prominent clients and celebrities I worked with. Although it is not exhaustive, it includes recognizable names and networks, as well as some lesser-known ones. While I primarily focus on the future, I also take pleasure in occasionally looking back and reminiscing about the projects and individuals I had the privilege to work with in the television, video, and live streaming industry.

When I began my career in the video and television industry, my focus was on the equipment, technology, and techniques. Working for a variety of companies allowed me to meet a diverse group of individuals, which has been a rewarding aspect of this field. Each interaction presented an opportunity for learning and personal development.

My suggestion is to be present in the moment. Put away distractions like your phone and observe those around you, especially individuals in relevant roles. Take the time to listen to other professionals, gathering insights and advice that can enhance your work and increase your value to clients.
